Patient Receiving RESTASIS® (Cyclosporine Ophthalmic Emulsion) 0.05% Prescription

Giving RESTASIS® Time to Work

What to Expect With RESTASIS®

Stay with RESTASIS® for continued tear production

Just as it took time for your type of Dry Eye disease to develop, it will take time for RESTASIS® to help you make more of your own real tears. In a 6-month study, patients made significantly more of their own real tears. Use 1 drop of RESTASIS® twice a day in each eye, 12 hours apart—every day.

You may experience some degree of temporary
burning and stinging

This may be a response to treatment. If you have concerns, or this persists,
follow up with your eye doctor immediately.

Approved Use
RESTASIS® (Cyclosporine
Ophthalmic Emulsion) 0.05% helps increase your eyes’ natural ability to produce tears, which may be reduced by inflammation due to Chronic Dry Eye. RESTASIS® did not increase tear production in patients using anti-inflammatory eye drops or tear duct plugs.

Important Safety Information
Do not use RESTASIS® Ophthalmic Emulsion if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. To help avoid eye injury and contamination, do not touch the vial tip to your eye or other surfaces. See more below >
