What is the My Tears, My Rewards® Program?

The My Tears, My Rewards® Program is a savings, counseling, and support program offered to eligible patients free of charge.

How do I get a My Tears, My Rewards® Savings Card?

Simply click here to get a Savings Card instantly. You can also have a Savings Card sent to you in  the mail (it should arrive within 10 days), or you may be able to get one from your eye doctor.

How do I activate the My Tears, My Rewards® Savings Card?

If you printed a Savings Card from this website, it is already activated.

If you received a Savings Card from your doctor or in the mail, you can activate it now by going to  restasis.com/activate. If you are having issues activating online, call the RESTASIS® Patient  Support Center at 1-844-4MY-TEARS (1-844-469-8327) and select option 3.

How do I use the My Tears, My Rewards® Savings Card to start saving?

1.
Make sure your Savings Card is activated. If you printed a Savings Card from this website,  it is already activated and you can start using it instantly. If you received your Savings Card  from your doctor or in the mail, you'll need to activate it here or call 1-844-4MY-TEARS  (1-844-469-8327) and select option 3.
2.
Go to your pharmacy and present your Savings Card along with your RESTASIS®  prescription to your pharmacist. If your mail-order pharmacy or pharmacy does not accept  your Savings Card, get a claim form here. Print and complete the form, attach your receipt,  and send both to the address on the form. In 3 to 6 weeks your check will arrive in the mail.

How do I know whether I am signed up for the My Tears, My Rewards® Program?

If you received a Savings Card that prints directly from this website, you're signed up and ready to  save! If you received a Savings Card from your doctor or had one mailed to you, follow the  instructions on the Savings Card to activate it. Once your activation is confirmed, you're signed up  and ready to save!

I tried to activate the My Tears, My Rewards® Savings Card and it would not take my card number. What is wrong?

Call 1-844-4MY-TEARS (1-844-469-8327), select option 3, and be sure to give your 11-digit ID number.

The My Tears, My Rewards® Savings Card did not work at the pharmacy. What should I do?

First, if it is a Savings Card you received from your doctor or in the mail, make sure it’s activated.  Activate it here or call 1-844-4MY-TEARS (1-844-469-8327) and select option 3. Remember, if you printed the Savings Card directly from this website, it's already activated.

If you're sure your Savings Card has been activated and it still did not work, call the RESTASIS®  Patient Support Center at 1-844-4MY-TEARS (1-844-469-8327), select option 3, and we will be  happy to help.

If your mail-order pharmacy or pharmacy does not accept your Savings Card, get a claim form here. Print and complete the form, attach your receipt, and send both to the address on the form. In 3 to 6 weeks your check will arrive in the mail.

I am not on federal or state insurance, but accidently hit the wrong button. How do I reset the My Tears, My Rewards® Savings Card?

You can enroll instantly for a Savings Card or call the RESTASIS® Patient Support Center at  1-844-4MY-TEARS (1-844-469-8327) and select option 3.

I lost my My Tears, My Rewards® Savings Card. What should I do?

There are 2 easy ways for you to get a replacement My Tears, My Rewards® Savings Card:

1.
Go to the replace your card page on restasis.com and enter your e-mail address. You'll be e-mailed a link to a Replacement Card that is already activated. Print or save it to your electronic device and continue saving on every RESTASIS® prescription!
2.
If you don’t have online access, call our toll-free customer support line 1-844-4MY-TEARS  (1-844-469-8327) and select option 3. One of our representatives will make sure that you get  a replacement My Tears, My Rewards® Savings Card.

Why should I ask my eye doctor about a 90-day prescription of RESTASIS®  for savings?

What is the RESTASIS® Patient Support Center?

The RESTASIS® Patient Support Center is a toll-free customer service support line  1-844-4MY-TEARS (1-844-469-8327) with trained nurses who can answer your questions  about RESTASIS® treatment and the My Tears, My Rewards® Program. Support is available in 190 languages.

Why am I not eligible for the My Tears, My Rewards® Program if I am on Medicare, Medicaid, or a similar federal or state healthcare program?

According to state and federal laws, patients covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or a similar federal  or state healthcare program, are not eligible for savings programs. You are still eligible to enroll in  the RESTASIS® My Tears, My SupportTM Program. Joining this program gives you access to our  trained nurses who can answer your questions about treatment. You'll also receive ongoing  communications with helpful information and tips about treatment with RESTASIS®.
